1. Management Trainee (General) - 17 posts
2. Management Trainee (Accounts)- 07 posts
3. Accountant- 17 posts
4. Jr Technical Assistant - 107 posts
5. Assistant Engineer- 10 posts

Qualifications required for AIMA jobs 2013-14:

1. Management Trainee (General) - Candidates who possess with 1st class Master of Business Administration specialisation in personnel Management or Human resource or Industrial Relation or Marketing Management or Supply chain management are eligible to apply for this jobs.
2. Management Trainee (Accounts)- candidates who possess with 1st class Master of Business Administration in Finance or passed in Chartered accounts or pass in associate company secretary are eligible to apply.
3. Accountant- B.Com or B.A or or Chartered Accountant are eligible.
4. Jr Technical Assistant - Degree in Agriculture or a Degree with Zoology / chemistry / Bio chemistry are eligible.
5. Assistant Engineer- Degree in civil engineering are eligible to apply 

Age limit:

• candidates whose maximum age 28 years as on 14-01-2014 are eligible to apply for Management Trainee, Jr Technical Assistant jobs.
• candidates whose maximum age 30 years as on 14-01-2014 are eligible to apply for Accountant, Assistant Engineer posts.
• Age relaxations for other categories is applicable as per the govt rules and regulations.

Fee Details:
